Chevellii® is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence. Our mission is to provide an inclusive online experience and make our website as accessible and usable as possible for everyone.

I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Chevellii.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not access the website or use our services.

II. ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

We aim to align our website and digital content with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at the AA level. These guidelines outline how to make web content more accessible to individuals with a wide range of disabilities, including but not limited to blindness, low vision, deafness, hearing loss, limited mobility, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations thereof.

III. MEASURES TAKEN TO IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY

To enhance accessibility on Chevellii.com, we have taken the following steps:

  • Enabled responsive design for screen readers and mobile use

  • Structured content with proper semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks

  • Provided keyboard navigation support across interactive elements

  • Used appropriate color contrast for readability

  • Tested accessibility using automated tools and manual reviews

IV. ONGOING COMMITMENT

We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and are continuously working to enhance the usability and accessibility of our site. We regularly review our website to ensure compliance with evolving standards and user feedback.

V. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

  • Please note that some third-party content, including widgets, plug-ins, or external links, may not be fully accessible. While we cannot control such content, we encourage third parties to provide accessible and inclusive content as well.

VI. FEEDBACK & CONTACT 

  • All projects include a set number of revisions, as outlined in your contract or service package.

  • Excessive revisions or scope changes may require an additional fee or time extension.

  • Revisions must be submitted in writing only.

VII. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

We do not warrant or guarantee that Chevellii.com will be accessible at all times or in all situations, especially in cases where there may be technological limitations or temporary disruptions beyond our control. However, we are dedicated to taking any reasonable steps necessary to address accessibility issues as quickly as possible.

VIII. EMERGENCIES, CANCELLATIONS, & RUSH WORK

  • Rush projects are available on a case-by-case basis and subject to a surcharge.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If Chevellii must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a refund for any unworked portion of the project.

XI. CONFIDENTIALITY 

I. Client-Initiated Cancellation


All fees paid for a project are non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel the project for any reason, including but not limited to switching to another service provider.

II. Designer Unavailability or Illness

In the rare event that the assigned designer is unable to complete the project due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Chevellii will assign another qualified designer to complete the work without delay.

If no suitable substitute is available, the client will receive a full refund for the incomplete portion of the project.

 

III. Project Termination by Chevellii LLC

 

Chevellii LLC reserves the right to terminate a project without refund under the following conditions:

  • Excessive micromanagement beyond what is considered reasonable.​

  • Disrespectful or unprofessional communication.

  • A consistent lack of trust in the designer's process.

  • An inability to proceed after a reasonable number of original concepts have been presented.

  • The use of threats, hate speech, slurs, or harassment of any kind by the client will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the project, with no refund.

 

IV. Force Majeure

 

Chevellii LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government actions, terrorism, war, civil unrest, accidents, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases:

  • The client will be notified of the nature and expected duration of the delay.

  • Performance will resume promptly once the force majeure condition has ended.

XI. CONFIDENTIALITY 

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information exchanged during the project. This includes business data, marketing plans, client lists, or proprietary content.

X. GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website or purchase of Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located within the United States, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

XI. CHANGES TO TERMS

Chevellii reserves the right to change or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. By working with Chevellii, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Client Onboarding & Communication Policy.
