  • Can you create a design based on my sketch or idea?
    After selecting a package, you can send sketches or ideas via our online questionnaire form or send a direct message through our chat window.
  • What if I'm unhappy with my design?
    If you are not completely satisfied with the initial design draft, don't worry! Each package includes revisions, so you can request changes to be made until we create something that meets your needs. We are committed to making your vision a reality and will give it our all. However, please note that any revision requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the initial draft. If you require additional revisions beyond the package limit, an extra fee of $350 per revision will be charged.
  • I'm not sure what I want! Can you create a freestyle design for me?
    Yes, our skilled designers can learn more about your business and the people you want to reach in order to make the best design. If you have no ideas, we can help!
  • My needs go beyond a logo. Can you assist?
    Yes! We highly recommend you consider our branding packages to unlock your brand's full potential My needs go beyond a logo. Can you assist? If you have any other requests, you can ask us to do anything by submitting a service request located on the customer support page. Simply fill out our contact form with as much detail as possible. We will respond to you through one of our representatives.
  • I already have a logo; can you recreate it?
    Yes! You have come to the right place. One of our expert designers can improve the logo you already use. Please specify in the logo description area of your order form that you need a logo rebrand. Upload the old logo you want us to redesign, and we'll take care of the rest.
  • Why happens if I pay my balance late?
    All final balances for services must be paid by the agreed-upon due date outlined in the invoice or project agreement. If the Client fails to remit payment in full by the specified deadline, a late fee of $1,000 USD will be applied to the outstanding balance. This fee is non-negotiable and is intended to cover disruptions and delays caused by late payment. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and/or legal action to recover the owed amount.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners through Stripe. Additional payment options include Apple Pay.
  • Do you accept deposits or payment plans?
    For projects under $5,000, full payment is required before any design work begins. This allows us to dedicate a designer to your project right away and ensure a smooth, uninterrupted process. It also helps us maintain the high level of quality and attention each project deserves. At this time, we do not offer payment plans for services under $5,000. For projects over $5,000, a minimum upfront payment of 50% is required to begin work.
  • What file types are included in my branding package?
    Your branding package will include a comprehensive set of high-quality files to ensure versatility across both digital and print platforms. You will receive the following file formats: .PNG (transparent background) .PDF (print-ready and editable) .PSD (Adobe Photoshop source file) .SVG (scalable vector graphics) .JPEG (standard image format) .EPS (editable vector file) For a breakdown of each file type and its intended use, please refer to our Glossary of File Types or visit our Resource Hub for more in-depth guidance.
  • How do you send my design files?
    All branding services will be managed and delivered through our secure Client Portal. Upon commencement of your project, you will receive login credentials granting you access to your personalized portal. This portal will serve as the central hub for: Accessing project files All finalized and approved deliverables will be uploaded here for your convenience and download. Tracking project progress You will be able to view real-time updates on the status of your project including key milestones, review stages, and delivery timelines. Reviewing and providing feedback Files requiring your review or approval will be shared through the portal. You will receive notifications when action is needed on your part to maintain project momentum. Communication and updates Important updates, messages, and workflow notifications will be shared within the portal to keep everything organized and centralized. It is your responsibility to regularly check the portal for updates and notifications. Failure to respond in a timely manner to review requests or feedback deadlines may result in delays in project completion. All files will remain accessible via the portal for 30 days after the final project delivery. Please ensure you download and securely store all final assets during this time. After this period, Chevellii is not obligated to retain or archive files.
  • When are the projects expected to be completed?
    Depending on the package you choose, branding packages typically last 1 to 10 weeks. Project timelines can fluctuate. Extensive branding package timelines tend to be lengthier. Specific timelines will be provided upon booking confirmation. If you want the fastest results, it is better to select the Rush plan, which will give you full branding service in just one week!
  • What file types are included in my branding package?
    Your branding package will include a comprehensive set of high-quality files to ensure versatility across both digital and print platforms.   • Is a logo enough for me?
    No, a logo is not enough. To be a brand, you need more than just a logo. With our branding strategies, we help you increase sales, visibility, and connections. Investing in a complete branding package will pay off in the long run. We advise you to book one of our all-inclusive branding packages. If you're not ready to fully commit, you can start by purchasing a logo.
  • What is the cost of your branding services?
    Our packages range from $8,000 to $25,000 USD, and prices are non-negotiable. We require a 50% deposit before starting, with another 50% due after 7 days for the Mini and Full Packages, once the brand strategy is complete.  For the Rush Package, we require 70% payment upfront, with the remainder due after 7 days. This ensures alignment on the project and builds trust to meet deadlines.
  • Are your designs 100% original?
    Our artists are highly skilled and create designs completely from scratch. We do not use AI or replicate any other clients' designs. Everything we produce is 100% original. Once you have paid in full for your project, you can trademark the design and own 100% of the rights.
  • Why do I need a brand guide?
    ​A brand guide is crucial for understanding your brand's core elements. It clarifies which logos and typography to use in various contexts and helps align investors on your target audience, mission, and values. A cohesive brand presence is vital; without a brand guide, your efforts may become disorganized and less credible.
  • Will you agree to an NDA?
    We honor NDAs in all our branding projects. We will not use your designs in any way, including in our portfolio, on social media, in advertising, or for any other clients. Your work will be 100% original, and you can trademark it as your own once all fees have been processed. 
  • How do you send my design files?

  • After placing an order, can I upgrade to a better package?
    If the package you choose doesn't meet your design requirements, you have the option to upgrade within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that upgrading to a higher package can only be done before we start working on your order, as each package has a specific designer assigned to it. We will issue a new invoice for the upgrade, which must be paid within the 24-hour window to be valid. In case you prefer a branding package over our logo packages, you can opt for it by paying the difference through an invoice. However, if you decide to downgrade, we won't be able to honor it as it goes against our return policy.
  • Can I speak to a live person?
    Yes! Once you complete our branding online form, we will schedule a discovery call to ensure we are on the same page. This call is an essential part of the branding process as it ensures that there aren't any discrepancies.
  • Will I still be able to use my revisions if I don't use them all at once?
    Once the last design is sent, the order is complete. If more revisions are not requested within 72 hours, the revision process will incur an additional $950 per revision to renew.
  • What if I require additional revisions?
    There's no reason to worry if you've used up all your revisions because we are willing to work with you. However, if you require further changes, you may do so for an additional $950.00 per revision. This must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your last revision.
