By accessing or using Chevellii.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not access the website or use our services.

II. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT 

All orders placed through our website are processed upon receipt and fulfilled using a trusted third-party logistics partner. This third party is responsible for the manufacturing, packaging, and delivery of all products. We ensure quality and compliance standards are met before products are shipped to our customers.

III. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the specific product ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Once an order has been placed, it is sent to our third-party fulfillment partner for processing. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, holidays).

VI. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.

V. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Please note that all orders are processed automatically upon placement to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. As a result, we are unable to modify, cancel, or make any changes to an order once it has been submitted.

VI. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and product images are the property of Chevellii and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Chevellii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product purchased from our store. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

IX. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party service providers for order fulfillment and shipping. While we strive to work with reputable partners, we are not liable for errors, delays, or damages caused by these third parties.

X. GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of this website or purchase of Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located within the United States, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

XI. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Chevellii proudly ships to select international destinations. Please note the following important terms regarding international orders:

  • Shipping Times: International delivery times vary based on the destination country and may be subject to delays due to customs processing.

  • Duties, Taxes & Tariffs: International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and/or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

 

  • Customer Responsibility: All applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Chevellii does not assume responsibility for any such fees incurred during or after shipping.

 

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to customs fees or for any other reason and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product price only, excluding any shipping costs, once the package is returned in its original condition.

 

By placing an international order, you agree to comply with your country’s laws and regulations and to pay any associated fees that may apply upon import.

XI. CHANGES TO TERMS

Chevellii reserves the right to change or replace these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. By working with Chevellii, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Service Agreement.
