REFUND
POLICY

TABLE OF CONTENTS :
I. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Chevellii.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you may not access the website or use our services.
II. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES (NON-REFUNDABLE)
All sales of digital products and custom design services are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of digital content and creative services, including but not limited to e-flyers, branding packages, digital templates, Procreate brushes, social media graphics, and downloadable resources, we do not issue refunds once the order has been placed or the file(s) delivered.
By purchasing digital products or services from Chevellii.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following No Refund Policy, including (but not limited to) these specific scenarios:

You selected a brand name that is already trademarked or legally unavailable.

You decide to work with a different designer or change your mind after purchasing.

You discontinue communication or abandon the project mid-way through the process.

You fail to provide clear feedback or do not request revisions during the designated revision period.

You display inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful behavior in any communication (including slurs, threats, or harassment).

You violate any other part of our terms or policies, or we determine in our sole discretion that a refund is not warranted
*Chevellii reserves the right to refuse service or cancel projects without refund if the above conditions are violated or if client behavior disrupts the integrity of our process.
Technical Issues (Limited Exception)
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital file (e.g., corrupted file or delivery failure), you must notify us within 7 calendar days of purchase using our customer service form. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure proper delivery. No replacements or assistance will be offered after this period has expired.
III. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via our customer service form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.
IV. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your physical order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation. We’ll replace the item or issue store credit based on availability.
V. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at [your email] to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first seeking resolution may result in permanent bans from future purchases and access to digital services.
VI. CANCELLATION POLICY
I. Client-Initiated Cancellation
All fees paid for a project are non-refundable if the client chooses to cancel the project for any reason, including but not limited to switching to another service provider.
II. Designer Unavailability or Illness
In the rare event that the assigned designer is unable to complete the project due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Chevellii will assign another qualified designer to complete the work without delay.
If no suitable substitute is available, the client will receive a full refund for the incomplete portion of the project.
III. Project Termination by Chevellii LLC
Chevellii LLC reserves the right to terminate a project without refund under the following conditions:
Excessive micromanagement beyond what is considered reasonable.

Disrespectful or unprofessional communication.

A consistent lack of trust in the designer's process.

An inability to proceed after a reasonable number of original concepts have been presented.

Use of threats, hate speech, slurs, or harassment of any kind by the client will result in immediate and permanent termination of the project with no refund.
IV. Force Majeure
Chevellii LLC shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government actions, terrorism, war, civil unrest, accidents, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases:
The client will be notified of the nature and expected duration of the delay.
Performance will resume promptly once the force majeure condition has ended.
VII. POLICY ENFORCEMENT
Chevellii reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the return conditions are not met. By purchasing from Chevellii.com, you agree to this refund policy.
